DocWizard AI Affiliate Program Terms

Effective Date: Upon acceptance into the Affiliate Programme.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the DocWizard AI Affiliate Programme (“Programme”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By applying to and/or participating in the Programme, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with these Terms in full.
DocWizard AI reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme and/or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility and Approval
Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
Applications are manually reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to suitability or brand alignment concerns.
Once approved, you will receive access to your unique referral link and affiliate dashboard.
3. Commission Structure
You will earn 20% commission on each completed, non-refunded sale made through your referral link.
Tracking is cookie-based with a 30-day attribution window.
Commissions are calculated on the net order amount, excluding VAT, refunds, or chargebacks.
Refunded or cancelled orders do not qualify for commissions.
4. Payments
Commissions are paid in the first week of each month for eligible balances.
The minimum payout threshold is £30 GBP.
Balances below this amount roll over to the next payment period.
Payment methods: Wise, bank transfer, or PayPal (as provided in your affiliate profile).
All payments are made in GBP.
5. Prohibited Content and Advertising
You must not promote DocWizard AI or its products through any of the following:
Adult, warez, piracy, illegal, or offensive websites or content.
Any channel that violates local or international laws or promotes discriminatory, defamatory, or harmful material.
Any form of spam, unsolicited email, or malicious software.
Any advertising or promotion that is misleading, false, or impersonates DocWizard AI.
Any paid search campaign bidding on DocWizard AI brand names, variations, or domain URLs without prior written consent.
If such activity is detected, your account may be permanently banned and any unpaid commissions forfeited.
6. Fraud and Abuse
DocWizard AI strictly prohibits fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity within the Programme.
This includes but is not limited to:
Self-referrals or purchasing through your own referral link.
Manipulation of tracking mechanisms, click bots, or fake conversions.
Misrepresentation of products, pricing, or service benefits.
DocWizard AI reserves the right to withhold payments, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account without prior notice or explanation if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
Our decision in such matters is final and not subject to appeal.
7. Legal Responsibility
Affiliates are fully responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards (including UK CAP and ASA guidelines).
DocWizard AI accepts no liability for any legal claims, losses, or damages arising from your promotional activities.
Any harm or losses caused to third parties or individuals by your marketing actions shall be entirely your responsibility.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time if:
You breach these Terms;
You promote DocWizard AI through prohibited or illegal means;
Fraudulent, unethical, or suspicious behaviour is detected.
Upon termination:
Any unpaid commissions will be void;
Your tracking links will be deactivated;
You must immediately cease all use of DocWizard AI branding and links.
9. Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our name, logo, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of authorised affiliate promotion.
Any modification or misuse of our brand assets is prohibited.
10. Relationship of Parties
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between DocWizard AI and the Affiliate.
You act solely as an independent contractor.
11. Limitation of Liability
DocWizard AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from participation in this Programme.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
